So, I know that Dallas birthday party was way back, the first weekend of October, but I have just now been able to take some time to scrap the pictures. I took around 200 pictures that day, I know, a bit overkill, I can't help it. Part of the excess number of pictures is that my cousin Alexis took my camera for a while, and had a great time, she got some great shots as well. I think I will push her to take the photography class for her elective next school year. This page took me about 20 min to complete. The first thing I did was cut out the firetruck using my Beep Beep cricut cartridge. I cut it at 4 in, I wanted it to be pretty big. Next I found the paper, I knew I wanted to use the star paper, but it was really bright, so cutting it down to use as a border worked great. I bought the "fire fighter" title, and used it as is. Then it was just choosing which of the 200 picures to use, I choose two of my favs, and really the two that I think really represented the day. If you ask Dallas what the best part of his party was, he will tell you that it was the cake and the firetruck bounce house. The last thing I did was cut out a small picture of Dallas to put in the firetruck. It's a cute way to add one more picuture to the page.
