I like clean and simple design and even though this card took me a little while, with all the small peices, it was worth it. I started by cutting a big heart using the cricut so that I would have a pattern to follow. Then I cut out the small hearts using three different cricut cartridges and paper from my scrap stash. Then I attached the small hearts to the big heart, filling it in as I went. I also turned the small hearts different ways to add some interest. Next I attached the big heart to a white card. I wanted to colors to pop off the page. Then I stamped "Happy Valentines Day" at the bottom. At this point, I liked the card, but thought it needed something. So I outlined some of the small hearts in different patterns using a silver gel pen. That was just what it needed. I love this card, and think it would make a great Valentine's day gift for anyone. what a neat idea and I can see it would be time consuming arranging all those hearts. Nice job with the doodling. Thanks for sharing at bbtb2.
